A Briefing of the Jinex Lab

The Lab of Jinex was set up in April 1996, and staffed with many analytical engineers and professional analysts, who are  in charge of analyses of incoming raw materials to manufacturing process and outgoing finished products with all international-standard analysis procedures. The advanced management system of Infineum have also been introduced into the Lab. After years of development and growth, it has become a modernized lab equipped with many internationally advanced instruments and facilities.

The lab has imported about 10 sets of internationally advanced analyzers including:

l         Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) Analyzer, especially used in measurement of the PIB molecule weight and molecule weight dispersivity.

l         Platinum-Cobalt Color Analyzer especially used in color measurement of the PIB products according to the ASTMD 120 procedure.

l         CA-100/VA110 Water Content Analyzer with accuracy of PPM level.

l         Viscosity Analyzer and FP935G Flash Analyzer are completely controlled with accuracy of 0.1 by a microprocessor.

l         Inductively Coupled Plasma (IPC) Analyzer, Infrared Analyzer and Element Analyzer can quantitatively analyze the structure of the additive packages automatically, rapidly and accurately.

l         The Fully Automatic Density Analyzer can measure the density of the products at any temperature with high speed and high accuracy.

The lab of Jinex has not only imported advanced analyzers, but also adopted  international standards and advanced management experience of Infineum, and  become an international standard lab. The Lab  plays an important role in ensuring Jinex to produce the international-level products.

 ★Technicians have been professionally trained in UK and Singapore etc. 

 ★Periodically participate in  the worldwide round robin tests for comparison conducted by Infineum. 

 ★Adopt international advanced SQC methods to increase and stabilize the accuracy of  data provided by analyzers.

 ★Taking advantage of  long-term technical assistance provided by Infineum to ensure that our analytical technology development is synchronized with that of Infineum. 

 ★Got Infineum's approval of being one of global labs through strict audit of Infineum's experts in September, 2003.
